We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse with senior living experience.

You must have experience working in a senior living facility and with medication management.

Duties include but are not limited to…

• Managing Care of residents
• Service plan meetings with family and residents
• Incident report investigations
• Med Tech supervision and training
• Continuous quality improvement
• Maintaining compliance with all local, state and federal guidelines
• Safety compliance
• Complete job description prior to hire

Candidates must be comfortable processing orders and professionally interacting with residents, staff, family and various medical offices and care partners to facilitate the ongoing care of residents.

Reports directly to Health Services Director and Executive Director.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
